Claims will only be processed if accompanied by a completed form and receipt of the defective product
ArchiBathware/Supplier authorisation must be given before commencing any work on behalf of ArchiBathware.
ArchiBathware/Suppliers will not be liable for costs where a product fault does not exist or if the fault is due to installation, misuse, or falls outside our Warranty period. ArchiBathware/Suppliers reserves the right to charge a service fee, per callout/site visit.
